actually a very easy way to get it is ask Brucie to race and eventually it will be a super car race, you can rather find an Infernius somewhere before the race starts or just kill the guy in the car before going into the lineup (this will scare off the drivers and it is considered a race loss) and you should now have an Infernius. that's the way I always get mine.
