Changes to come..
As most of you already know, Outsider has left NGB. Some of you may think this is catastrophic, which is quite the contrary. The reason in which his departure is not catastrophic is because we can finally make changes and not worry about what Outsider demands. With that being said, I will list some of the preliminary ideas for changes that we should be seeing soon.
Ideas
Donations:
The donations will now be sent to Bravo's paypal account, not Outsiders. This does not mean it will go to Bravos pocket, it means all donations will go straight to NGB. We will respect the fact that you sent your own money for the websites benefit, we will show our respect by creating a thread at the end of every month which will show who donated, how much and what the donation went towards.
Website Design:
We are now dealing with some serious web designers who have great ideas for a new look for the forums. We are still debating whether there will be ads or not. If so, they will only be visible to guest, and not to registered members.
YouTube:
The Youtube account that Outsider ran was very succesful, and was a strong advertisement point for NGB. Outsider has taken that, so we will be starting our own NGB Youtube account. That's all the info I can give you on that as of now, once everything gets started I'll start up a thread all about the new Youtube account and all the great ideas we have for it.
Professionalism:
We are going to start doing things alot more professionally here at NGB. As stated before, previously we were bound by alot of Outsiders judgments, now we are free to do what ever we like with our ideas. An example; how the home page is run. Previously, the homepage was left untouched for several months. This will not happen again. We will maintain a professional look and attitude.
Clans:
All clans are welcome, there will not be one dominant clan. We will not disrespect any clan because they are new, or if they are best. We are thinking of starting an NGB Glitch clan, this idea is preliminary aswell. The idea of an NGB based clan is not for it to be the dominant clan of the website, but more of a clan for the members of NGB.
Previous bans:
We will unban anyone who had a personal beef with Outsider, and was banned because of that.
New Staff:
We are always looking at the members, and seeing who is eligible to become a staff member. What we look for in our staff is maturity, activity, intelligence, and the ability to communicate. If you fall under all of these categories, chances are good you're already being looked at.
