how you get up there i aint even seen any ladders to get up the crane :s

It's not a glitch, it's completely intentional. The reason you never see anyone up there is because people get shot climbing up. I've killed a bunch of people trying to get up there before. I hate it when you spawn with your squad up there. But, it wasn't bad when an enemy sqaud kept spawining up there, I got about a 15 kill streak by sniping them everytime the spawned.

No see once again much like COD4 none of these are "glitches". They are just random spots that allow you to jump to or walk on... your not glitching through corners or being invisible..
