I was thinking how there is double tap, and I kind of wish there was a perk that can make a weapon shoot faster :\ probably a bad idea but I can think of some guns that would be better

Yeah, an increased rate of fire makes the gun shoot faster...

What I think he means is that he's talking about the projectile speed of the bullet and not the fire rate of the weapon.

hmm i think he's talking about the bullet speed not the speed of the gun.. like the gun fires normal but the bullets move 2x fast?
