Depends, if you see someone sniping from far AK47 > P90. If you run around a corner and see someone P90 > AK47.

But I prefer P90 as I'm a close quarters person.

Out of the list I say the Mp5. It really depends on the map you're playing though. Since the Mp5 is better for close range than long.
