It didn't pass testing you're right. (actually called a Heckler & Koch 5.56mm).The only thing that I think is good about it is that it looks quite stylish. I think it failed because of heating problems in the grip. (Haha I know this sort of stuff, I do Airsoft and read about normal guns. FTW!!!!)

I'm assuming the reason you're saying that gun is because you saw it on MGS4, then researched it a little bit?

@Beau Haha I didn't get that idea from MGS4, My mate got a airsoft rifle to be moded in to a look alike.
Although the origonal version han't got a built in RDS and in MGS4 its way too powerfull with hardly any recoil.
(And after I went to get it reserched)(I don't know what he go modded)

Also did you know that it was origonlay made0 for atlantic area's?(Lol, don't knoow whay they would want gun like this there?.)
