With my netgear router i am always chosen to be host but i can't host the game however with my belkin router i can host games but never get chosen to be host but i can host games why is this?

Have you checked your NAT type. You might have a good connection to host a game of small players, but not actual full games like 8+

Try a cage match and tell us your results.

My NAT is open on both however yesterday i tested my nat and it was open but i couldn't join my friends game this is on the 360.

With my netgear i can host a full lobby in search and destroy until the second round. I can host a whole game with the belkin though
