This is a little glitch i found a couple of times. When ur watching a killcam and then the person reloads, as they're reloading u respawn and you're reloading.

yep its wack b cause wen u spawn reloading and some1 else is there (enemy) u cant do anything about it (DIE)

Also if you're spectating in HTDM your character finishes off the reload.

yeah this really suck when you spawn in the middle of a firefight :s
you're just a sitting duck for the enemy, waiting to be killed..

Just run when it happens and it stops.
