ya get all the single player wepons in multiplayer cod4... but not all the scopes and u cant double perk like they do in single player

I dont get what your trying to say?

You mean the silenced M21?
You can't get multiple attachments, the laser sights, and the red-dot scopes.
Also none of the rocket launchers.
(I know one of them starts with a J)
