This is a thread outlining the untapped potential of the game's best gun, the H&K USP .45, this gun, if used properly is a hardcore killing machine, boasting it's high velocity issuing between 40-20 damage out of the 100 health of a person, this bundled with it's high magazine capacity (12) and great range (initial amage drop off point is 450u/11.2M/36.7", or 250u/6.2M/20.3" silenced, and it reaches lowest damage at 1000u/25M/82", or 650u/16.25M/53.3" silenced) makes it the best pistol in the game, in my opinion of course, this can be compared to the desert eagles high damage of 50-30, low magazine capacity (7), high recoil, and also it's lower initial drop off range of 350u/8.75M/28.7". The USP also has a quicker reload rate than the desert eagle, being 1.6 seconds partly empty, or 1.9 seconds fully empty, with the desert eagle having 1.96 seconds partly empty, or 2.1 seconds fully empty, this is crucial, as the USP delivers more bullets, in less time, with similar damage, and with the ability to silence becomes an ideal all round pistol.

Try it out and post what you think here, dont be all sceptical unless you have tried this gun out fully in-game, as it is a great weapon for all game modes, though occasionally I use the desert eagle, but only on small, enclosed maps, the USP is way better for bigger, open maps.

Gold smold, desert eagle is over-rated, use the USP or Ill pwn you in the eye, umm yeah.. ehh, lol but yeah the USP is the best, I only started using it properly recently, raping newbs 10-0 in cage matches only using the USP, 2-3 shot kills normally. But yeah gold is appealing, that's why I always whore with my gold AK, but I REFUSE to use my gold dragunov, that gun just sucks too much tbh.

^^ yeah or that you can make or own custom camo on every gun. Im using the USP 45. too only sometimes, like Elite King, i use the Desert Eagle on smaller maps. BUT i always use the chrome version of the Desert. I think its more classy :P

i think the m9 is little better cuz of its magizine clip but i use the usp on all my gun cuz of how it sounds + the look except shotguns and my m9 silenced on my sniper deagles for shotgun

M9 I agree has the same base damage as the USP, but the damage drop off point is a lot lower than any of the other pistols, thus making this gun an epic fail. It's also not near as accurate as the USP.
