Sleight of Hand is really underestimated but really it pwns the crap out of Stopping Power on most guns. There are a few it doesn't on (such as M16) but on the whole it's pure awesome.

Sleight of Hand cuts your reload time in half
Stopping Power means it takes 1 less bullet to kill someone (cept snipers/shotties)

..or at least that's what the stat table says.

So basically, you fire one more bullet into someone, but you can kill many more because you've got about half as much downtime from combat.

Think about it this way, you got 1 guy at close range and 2 guys a few metres behind, with 10 bullets of M4 left.

STOPPING POWER: You take out the first guy, leaving you with 4 maybe 5 bullets left if you go lucky with spray patterns, you have about 2 seconds to take some cover,the next few guys come along and you can take one guy out, but the other takes you out because you've got no ammo left and you were too far to knife and weren't quick enough with the pistol.

SLEIGHT OF HAND: You take the first guy out, hit reload as you move to cover, then take the 2 guys out no problems leaving you with half a clip of ammo, which you can reload easily and be back in combat again.

Yes, there are tricky maneuvres you can use to win with Stopping Power, but it's much easier and more practical with Sleight of Hand.

Think about rushing now, you're going to take 30 round clip to the other side of the map in hopes of killing some guys early, catching them off guard. What's better than Sleight for this? You can take out the first few guys then you're quickly back in the game, and on your opponent in no time at all, giving them virtually no time to recover from the blow.

I remember 1 game on Crossfire like this were I got 58/5 (not briliiant, I know) getting chopper after chopper by doing this. Just keep the pressure on, and you'll do great.

NOTE: Obviously this won't benefit you much if you're hanging back with a big gun, popping kills of at distance, obviously Stopping Power is better for that, but for close range... it's a different story.

Try it out, see how it works for you. I've got a few classes now that are perfected practically and adjusted to exactly my style of play. Ask some of my mates if you want, they all know how trademark my Sleight of Hand is to me, and how it fits my aggressive style.

i duno i think tha sleight of hamd is more for begginers if u have a less accurate shot stopping power if u have a more accurate shot

if it does take me that many bullets to take down a few people, I'd have to have horrible aim or something. or it'd have to be extremely laggy. plus, there's always that "pistol", (i think it's called - or sidearm, idk) that I can switch to and pwn ppl with.

I reload after pretty much every kill, so I never really need sleight of hand, + I hardly ever die because I couldn't reload in a fire fight, but the only reason I use stopping power is because all the other perks aren't really worth using

Edit: BTw shadz i tried this and I never needed the perk because I always had time to reload I never was killed because I reloaded for too long.

Yeah, RPD + RDS + SoH = Loads of kills. I went like 36-6 yesterday just running around with it.
