hey all just thought i would make an uzi post, since many people use the uzi online in ps3.

as everyone already knows the uzi silence is the staple of this game. with the fire rate and reload time the uzi silenced is great.

what some dont know is.. try the acog scope on the uzi. it keeps its power with the distance and as for accuracy its about the same. i understand that the game says it loses accuracy but in the game its actually about the same and maybe even better.

what other uzi tips yall have?

I'll have to play around with the uzi a little more and see what happens.

When using the Uzi you should always equip Steady Aim as the last perk. Helps a lot with the accuracy so you dont have to zoom in as much :P

A good tip: Don't use it, its a pointless gun with virtually no range and a too fast fire rate.
You could just as easily use a MP5 or P90 instead which has a better fire rate and can actually fire to some distance.

But still the uzi is alot harder to use long range compared to the P90 and almost every other SMG cuz of its recoil and you'd probably be dead by the time u fire a couple short bursts at someone long range or they would have time to run away. The only tine I use the uzi is when i get bored of usin the mp5 and cuz it looks cool gold lol.

Uzi is the worst of the SMG's. I've seen shotguns with better range.

The SMGs most certainly do not share the same range - idiot. I suggest you visit Den Kirsons Xanga site (google it: den kirson cod4 xanga).

The Uzi has the same fire rate as P90 btw (or at least I'm fairly sure) and faster than MP5 for sure.

I like spraying from hip with Uzi because it's so funny hearing them afterwards. It's a very good gun.


Oh and just so you guys know, COD4 is balanced to a state that you can use any gun and it will be 'the best'.
