I am not speaking about the sounds of COD4 I am talking about the clicking sound thats made when selecting options such as turn off controler, quit game ect. These options only make the cliking sound only when in the XMB not in game, when in a game the clicking sound does not occour. Why is it that in your video that sound activated when you are in game.

For those who do not belive this try it out for your selves then watch the end of the video and see for your selves and you be the verdict.

I do see what you mean now, and I have been able to recreate it. Start a private match, then end the game, bring up the quit screen, keep yes highlighted, and right when it truly ends the game (is going back to the lobby, you will see the glowing around the "Yes" stop really quick) hit x on the "Yes" option for quit. It makes the xmb sound because the game is doing something at the same time. You can hear that is what happened, as right after I clicked yes, you hear me join the lobby again, and then the game immediately closes.

Must have been done some way similar to the colored names and all the hex stuff.
Did you install linux(im guessing by watching the first few seconds) on your ps3?

Thats how people learn,trial and error.

You guys are retarded, he's not using Linux, it's just a theme. And to everyone else in this thread think of the PS3 like a computer, all consoles work the same and were originally designed from a PC, there might be a few differences here and there but it's all the same. Every console is hackable.

lol, I never said I don´t believe it. as a matter a fact, I do. I just don´t want to get burned.
