redirecting

i just bought a domain from godaddy and i need to redirect the site to another as soona s they type in the url. but everytime i try the code it doesnt work. maybe im coding it wrong or in the wrong space. anyone who used this before, or anyone who just knows how to do it correctly help me?

I don't know how 2 do it but take a look @ the source code when you sign in this site it automaticly redirects you to ngb

Change the 5 to how many seconds for redirect

but where do i ut it one up theres a meta description, meta tags, and javascript..

Place the above code in between the code below:

Now you should have something like below:

</HEAD>

Now save it and refresh the page an it should redirect depending on how many seconds you have it set to.
