I'm wanting to create a redirect page for all links pointed at external sites.
Basically like a warning page letting the user know they are about to leave my site.

I've seen stuff like this before (its on myspace) and other sites. The URL kinda looks like this on the site:

http://localhost/redirect.php?URL=http://google.com

and when the user clicks a link from the main sites page, the site will redirect them to the redirect page to show them the warning, then it proceeds to redirect them. I want something like this.

Here's what I've got so far on the redirect page for the php part...

and on down in the code for the redirect page I have a div calling the $URL variable so the user can see the url they are about to goto.

But its not showing up the URL or redirecting them the way it should.

Can anybody help me ?
