Ok so i don't know what kind of virus it is but when ever i try to open Task Manager it says its been disabled by the admin and its the same with the cmd,
can anyone help?

There's a pop up to show this message? What else is on the pop up i had a mjjk.cm virus a week back basically the same thing, i just did a simple virus scan with spyware doctor and then Norton 360. Both did the trick, if you want spywaredoctor without paying send me a email

Ok i figured something out that may help you this isnt how to get rid of the virus but enables you're task manager

Go to "Start" -> "Run" -> Write "regedit" and press on "Enter" button.


Warning: Modifying your registry can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system.
Always backup your files before doing this registry hack.

b. Navigate to the following registry keys and verity that following settings set to default:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000

double click disabletaskmdr
and change the 1 to a 0

and then reboot you're computer

ok thanks for the help guys ill try the registry thing, also i don't trust norton anymore
i had it on my comp before and it got really fucked up with adware from norton and it would never delete anything and i had payed for it, but thanks for the offer tho "spankyx1x" i might ask for spyware doc tho if the registry thing doesent work ;)

If you are cool in cmd look around if you find it then just delete it

Try this:
Open cmd then goto ur C: directory and type "tree > xxxxx.txt" (without quotes) and it will make a graphical display of every file/folder in the c drive and if you see anythin suspicious then goto that directory and erase it (thts the ghetto way lol) or google it and see what you find

or boot up in safe mode and task manager should work
