-This is a tutorial to hack Mac OSX 10.4 or higher
-This will get you administrator for any account, and I will show you how to install a keylogger on your Mac so you can backup what you type
1.Turn your computer on
2.When you see a grey screen w/ and apple and a loading thingy, press
3.This will boot you into single user mode.
4.You should see a black screen with a lot of white text
5.Now, type
6.This might take a while, be patient. When it comes up with a statement with #: at the end(forgetting what it actually says)
7.Type
8.It should prompt you with resetting the root password, enter any password you want. I used root as my password so I would not forget it.
9.Type
10.It should go through a string of commands, and your Mac should shut down.
11.Turn the computer on again, but this time do not boot into single user mode like we did before.
12.If your computer automatically logs in, you should be admin already but go to the blue apple and click system preferences and change it so you do not log in automatically(So anybody else that hasn't read this tutorial will not hack into your computer)
13.There should be choices for accounts, being yours and an account called 'other'
14.Click other
Type root as your user and the password you chose to reset it to.(I used root as password)
Now, you are root(Basically is SUPER admin) so you can completely f**k up your computer if your not careful :D
15.If your here just to change your account to admin, maybe allow firefox or safari to run, click the blue apple at the upper left and hit system preferences then user accounts and change your account to administrator

Installing and running the Keylogger

1.You will need something called logKext which I got from Here
2.It should come up and install. If it asks for administrator username and password just type root and whatever password you set it to. You should install it to Macintosh HD(not data files) and have at least 100Mb left on your HD. (or the log file will say not enough space)
3.Now Go to Applications-->Utilities-->Terminal
-or go up to the upper right magnifying glass and search for terminal
When the terminal comes up, type
Now it will promt you for a password
type because that is the default(yes w/the capital K)
Type
The log file should come up. This program will log the keystrokes of all users on you computer, not just root. Everythign should show up in the log file, and I recommend to type over 100 words before checking the log file.
