Is there anyway you can make php goto another website and read a txt files contents and then post those contents back on your site ?

i.e:

Lets say you have a php file called getContents.php, would there be a way to make the php goto myspace.com and read the robots.txt contents and then print / echo the contents back on your site on a page ?
