How do i record myself playing?
OK so i just got a brand new media computer, i know this computer is possible to record playstation3 but i dont know how i have a hdmi jack, cable jack,s video jack,red white and yellow jack.WHat program would i need and how do i go about doing this to record me playing any playstatation 3 games??IM using windows vista? thanks ;)

I Don't Think You Can. If I Have Ever Recorded My Self Playing Ps3 I Used My Webcam Or Digital Camera. But I Believe You Can Use Something Called A Video Capture Card I Don't Have One But A Few People On Ngb Do So Maybe They Will Post Some Information Up Here If You Ask Nicely =d.

lol wonder if tht work ;P good idea shame i dont have a dvd recorder but i need a new dvd player down down staries may be ill buy one =D and try it.

Tv, is already operating out of a designated input.

Example: Ps3 is connected via HDMI, that means unless that dvd players in connected with the ps3 they cant share the same "input". Each connection type is designated its out "input" ex. Video 1, Video 2, Video 3, S-Video, DVD, etc etc. So if you have a DVD/VHS Recorder connected via Video 1 and the ps3 is still connected via hdmi, when you turn on the ps3 in order for it to work you need to be on the designated input for hdmi, so which means when you turn on the dvd recorderd its just going to record a blank screen. Capture cards are the way to go.
