Hmm... Sounds weird.. It never happened to meh.. I never heard of this happening. No help here but I can look it up for you later on and pm you some tips or tell you what is happening. :]

Check your power saving options on your computer. You can do this by going to Desktop>Right click on Desktop>Properties>Screen Saver>Power>Power Schemes>Choose: Always On
Settings for Always On power scheme: choose this option for everything. Never Never Never Let us know if this does the trick, it should. If it doesn't maybe your CPU fan has given out and your temp its crossing threshold levels and in an effort to prevent damage to the CPU, the computer shuts down. To check this, disassemble the computers side panel, keeping power connected, turn it on and watch the fan that covers your CPU, if it spins constantly then that is not the issue. |

do a ram check in bio's,sounds like you pc isnt clearing the buffer(works the same as in some mobo will not boot if no ram installed so if its not emptying then your ram wo'nt work an cause system to shut down very common error when using cheap ram) or youre cpu could be over heating.
