A Problem when opening Sony Vegas 8

My sony vegas 8 pro ran fine for a long time, then one day this popped up:

A quick note, I use FF3, not IE

I've deleted SV8 and ran registry cleaner, nothing happened.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
