Me and my friend (who's currently not registered here) discussed this briefly and we decided we want to start a clan and be competitive on MW2 from day 1. We'll probably be looking for players who are mature, like to talk strategy, have a K/D of 2.0+ or are just generally skilled (I know there are players out there who play better than their KD's).

We'll more than likely register the team on GB within the first week and we plan to hold as many clan matches as we possibly can. I know you can't definitively say that you'll have a 2.0 on MW2 but if you held one on COD4 then there's a damn good chance that it won't change.

Q. What does it take to get promoted?

A. If you are a reliable unit, ready for anything at any time, and you
understand the rules, and stand by them, then you will get promoted
quickly. You also have to do overtime to achieve even higher ranks, for
example, Senior Ground Unit, etc etc. If you are a rule breaker on the
other hand, you will get the exact opposite of getting promoted. You will
get demoted, or suspended. And you will have to work even harder to get
promoted. This department does not tolerate nonsense.

Q. What does it take to apply?

A. You must be 13 years or older to apply, have a valid Playstation Network
account, and you must be professional, you must have a working
Playstation 3 microphone, and most importantly, you must have good skills.

******************NORMAL ROUTINE IN ACTION******************

The Chief will invite all officers to a game session, and all officers
join upon invite. We gather the weapons required, and collect our
assigned vehicles. Then we proceed with a regroup, then await orders.
When an officer goes on duty, that officer is required to stay on duty
for at least one hour, unless that officer has reasonable cause not to
attend. There is no bullying inside of this team, and all officers
treat each other with respect.

Any officers who fail to follow orders will receive a strike.
If you get more than three strikes in one day, then you will be suspended

If you get suspended, then it will hurt your chances at becoming promoted.
