Last year I tried to trade PSN stuff with a member of these forums and he chaged the password and stole my account. He then spent €190 off my credit card on PSN downloads.

I had made a new account at this stage, so I just cancelled the credit card. I had been playing online for about half a year since this and during the summer it said "You cannot use Playstation Network with this account". I called Sony and they said my console is banned, for "topping up another user's account with my credit card". I said my account got hacked because I didn't know what would happen if I said I was gamesharing.

They say that I can get unbanned by paying €190 because the bank gave it back to me on the credit card, and apparently I'm in debt to Sony now. Now they want to find out who hacked my account, and I'm not sure if I should tell them that I gave out my information.

What should I do? What will happen if I tell them that I was gamesharing? If all else fails, I'll have to pay the money but I want to see how I can fix this. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
