Basically, what happens is when a thread is created in certain areas, we make sure they are worth actually being posted, and not just some useless post.

And if the threads are closing and have already been made, this probably means that the thread has got out of hand, it's a thread not worth seeing, or it's violated some rules. The are many reasons why the thread could be closed.
