I'm not sure if this is posted on the site yet but I know there is a tutorial out there that explains one way of doing it; requiring you to throw your grenade and tap the B button twice or something like that. The other way it quite simple and easy. Please forgive me if this is already on the forum.

Step 1: Unload a whole clip of ammo in a gun [Lancer or Pistol (Pistol works best)]. And when I say a whole clip I don't mean the whole gun.

Step 2: After you fire the last bullet in the clip and the reload sequence thing comes up you immediately press Up on the D-Pad to get your Smoke Grenade out (Make sure that you only have one Smoke Grenade or one Frag while doing this).

Step 3: Immediately after you press Up on the D-Pad you quickly tap RT & RB at the same time repeatedly about 1-3 times (It usually takes 2 times). If done correctly you should have an invisible Smoke Grenade or Frag in your hand. It will appear on your screen that you have 000 Grenades.

Note: You cannot throw these Grenades, you can only tag. You also can't switch to another weapon or be knocked down or the Glitch will be stopped.

I hope this is useful to the most of you. I also hope that you can understand my instructions because when I was trying to explain to some of my friends on Xbox Live they were too retarded to understand and it took about 30 minutes to explain.

You don't have to empty the whole clip. You can just reload manualy.
Also, you CAN have more than one grenade, you just have to press RB and RT again.

Yeah I know but it takes more time to have two grenades, I'd rather just toss one and then do the glitch afterwards. And I said unload the whole clip just because I like making time pass by lol.
