i don't think you can technically use that seeing there are rules to the gfx community not meaning this site but in the general community all together. obviously some one else had made the cat with the sniper so in order to use it technically with out possibility of issues you would need permission with the original creator to use that i n a battle usually wouldn't be acceptable.

with that said good attempt if you wanna get better google search sig tutorials for w/e program you use.
