It's called 'Editing' Its a thing that lets you move things and create stuff..

use a lag switch reset the switch when your behind or in front of the car hit the button then push forward abit and when it reconnects you'll be inside the vechile,all the vechiles in the game are just static mesh's so there movable.
you used to be able to do this on rb6 black arrow xbox1 to pass through walls and to get on the roof of buildings climb up a ladder hit the button keep pushing forward an your on the roof :P
