dude i saw these guys rank 1 - 15ish(they sounded and played like they made a new account) and one had a desert eagle, an R700 and claymores, they werent prestige, they didnt pick it up because i watched them spawn, watched them plant claymores and spectated him with his deagle ( sabotage ) and 100% sure they werent over rank 20

we hes a hacker that dosent know how to play i bet he only uses the noob tube

This happened to my mate Nic a few weeks ago when he prestiged, he still had all his guns and his prestige hadnt changed, he had to redo the whole prestige, but he had all his guns and camo's and perks at lvl 1, however i haven't heard of anyone doing this without prestige.

I know how to get a clan tag at lvl 1 (completly useless) you have a save file of some one with a clan tag on your ps3 and copy the save data to a new PSN user on same system, and voila (wa- la) u have a clan tag at lvl 1

You only have to unlock a clan tag once anyway
