how do u rpg jump forward where u walk and shoot ive tried but it doesnt work

Well you have to jump forward and while you're in the air shoot the rocket. You should go higher and further.

its easy to do, hard to explain, I practiced alot ( like 2 weeks ) and I can forward RPG jump almost all the time, sometimes I miss though
