All I can say is you need to jump when you are fully zoomed in and make sure you're aiming straight down(most of the time)

Get the timing right, shoot then jump when your guy lifts the rpg ready to shoot, it's not hard. Practice doing "Old school" so you dont die.

Uhhhh. i have a special 'tatic' Ok so go up on a high building that you can jump out of, jump out of it and then right before you hit the ground Shoot the RPG if you do it right you will go high.

You don't have to be fully zoomed. What I do is I scope in or what ever to about halfway and shoot, right after you press the trigger you jump, most of the time moving backwards as you jump.
