He is sending you 30 sms with a pic of a car you have to steal. The order is completeley random but they are in total 30 cars. They are static at special locations so you dont have to steal one that is driving around.

check some GTA-Fan sites for the different locations.

He sent you a txt message saying where the car in. You have to fidn that place on the map and look for the car. Its pretty easy but can take a while.
