i got the game 2day and wen i go 2 the fone idk how 2 dial in i tried everything it says 2 push up then up again but idk how or i dont get it so can som1 plss help i want a very good desriptiion on how to do it

In the first mission (I think) Roman gives you the phone, you can't dial numbers until then, even though you can already see it.

press up then press X phone book or up up dial numbers for cheats after u do the cheat u don't have to do it again just press up X then go to bottom of phone and it says cheats

w8 till you get a phone in the missions and then 2 times up in the d-pad
