the trashmaster...hands down.

According to the config files in the game, there are a few cars with the same top speed, I think they all have different acceleration and mass values though. If you want to look for yourself google "OpenIV", they have began unpacking the files on the 360 version of the game, and they have a copy of the car config file hosted for viewing.

I went on party mode with a firend with me and we b=took different cars to the airport and timed them down the track.! the fastest was the Infernus! sultan RS and Banshee were the next two,. There is only one place to find a Sultan RS its behind the house beside the start off point in party mode :)
