Talk about Permenant Invisibility?

Ok, Ive sen some tutorials on how to turn yourself invisible (eg Hostpital method, cluckin' bell method) but in my experience, I only have a small area in which I can stay invisible until the surroundings reappear or if im driving, I reappear. Ive been hearing people talking about turning invisible and searching train tracks and running people down. Any links to ways to stay invisible outside the "invisibility boundry"?

That was probably me I mentioned it yesterday. The way it happened was while driving threw the northern central park subwaystation there was a wall of black before you entered, so I entered and it made me invisible but not the bike. I could go any where without boundaries until I went threw the black again. Also when I got off my bike I became visible on my screen but everything else became blue screen like. I have tried to redo this many times but to no success, good luck.
