2nd Statue of Happiness Egg
Not sure if anyones found this yet, it's not the heart in chains egg. Basically, take a helicopter -easily accessed by killing the person piloting one around helitours, or the annihilator at the end of the airport-- and head to the statue of happiness.

Instead of landing near the entrance to the heart of happiness, manage to land on the ledge beneath the foot of the statue. On the bottom of the statues foot is a message which talks about the hidden content in that area.
