[Easter Egg] Roadside Assistance - Tutorial
The video should explain it all, if not:
If your car stalls out and won't start, dial 911, hold the gas, and hit the call button, it should start moving again. You can repeat it as many times as you want, until the car catches fire.

i was trying this out
lodged my car into a crack and crashed into it a shit load of times
the tire and everything were all misplaced
