1) RAPID FIRE:

With this glitch you will be able to shoot your pistol, or shotgun three times as fast as normal.

Step 1:

Either have a pistol, or shotgun equipped.

Step 2:

Hold LT, then press Left Analog to crouch, and hold RT to fire. Continue pressing Left Analog while holding RT. (works best when you first spawn)

Effect:

Increased fire rate.

2) INSTANT VEHICLE STOPPING:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not sure how many people have noticed this, or if a thread has been created for it, but there is an easy method of preventing most any crash while driving.

Step 1:

While driving select the Camera function from your phone.

Effect:

No matter how fast your going, or what your driving, you while stop instantly.

3) INVISIBLE CAR/INVISIBLE PLAYER/NO FIRE DAMAGE:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a simple trick/glitch that can be done in single player and multiplayer. The methods will be different to show two different variations of the glitch.

(This glitch, and variation of it can be done in several different areas of the map, all you need is a door)

Single Player:

Step 1:

Go to the Strip Club located in the Northern Gardens, next to industrial, at the top right-hand island on the map.

Step 2:

In the area shown in the vid(i hate vids) use a spawn vehicle cheat. Next simply locate it and get in.

Effect:

When in the car you are invisible, and can see through the bottom of the Strip Club. When outside the car it appears invisible, and fires started with rockets have a hightened chance of doing no damage.

4) MULTIPLAYER INVISIBLE CAR/INVISIBLE PLAYER/NO FIRE DAMAGE: (no vid tutorial)

Step 1:

Get a vehicle and park it directly in front of the door to the Strip Club.

Step 2:

Get another vehicle and ram it as fast as you can. What should happen is the vehicle will go in through the door, and be launched outside the building a short distance. It has also become invisible and sometimes hard to spot. (This only works with some vehicles)

Step 3:

Locate the vehicle. Note that this can be harder than the single player method.

Effect:

When in the car you are invisible to all players, and can see a large pink void around the Strip Club. When outside the car it appears invisible, and fires started with rockets have a hightened chance of doing no damage.

5) DUPLICATE VEHICLES:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1:

Head to the Waypoint in the beginning of the vid.

Step 2:

Get a vehicle, then head to the area(s) shown in South Bohan.

Effect:

There are usually over 15 vehicles of the same type your driving in the area(s) shown in South Bohan.

Here's the video:


It's something you eventually come across in Single-Player, and Multiplayer. This is basically showing you the location of one of the vehicle spawning areas, and how to trigger it.

You can also take almost any vehicle down the highway shown, turn around, come back and have multiples of that vehicle. This is an easy way to get 8 of almost any vehicle in any available color at your safe houses.

6) FUN WITH FRIENDS:

This is a funny trick I thought I'd post.

Step 1:

Call a friend from your cell phone and arrange a date/meeting.

Step 2:

After the date/meeting take your friend home, but DO NOT go into the yellow marker yet.

Step 3:

Get out of the car, and quickly jack another vehicle and make sure your friend doesn't get in. Pull this car into the yellow marker.

Step 4:

Pick your friend up again and drive them up against the vehicle so that they are unable to exit it. ie Block the right-side door with the other vehicle.

Effect:

Your supposed-to-be friend will jack your car from you :/
lol, fun for sh*tz n giggles.

7) VIEW UNDER MAP:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is an easy way to look almost anywhere under the map from any flat, or slightly angled surface.

Step 1:

Be in the passenger side of a vehicle the flips directly unto its back.

Step 2:

Hold LT to aim and you should be able to see under the map into the large void below.

Effect:

You are in a vehicle which is flipped, viewing the nothingness that exists under the gaming map. Using covertibles hightens the effect as you literally stand upside down into it.

8) DUD-BOMBS:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1:

Get one of Packie's bombs and place it on your car. Next save that car at one of your safe houses.

Effect:

When you load the game, there is a bomb still on the car. However, when you select detonate, it disappears. Also, if you drive the car it falls off.

9) ANY PHONE CALL BOMB:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1:

Get one of Packie's bombs and place it on your car. Next find a Pay n Spray.

Step 2:

While slightly outside the Pay n Spray, call Packie to detonate it. Before the bomb detonates, go into the Pay n Spray.

Effect:

Any phone call will now detonate the bomb.

10) INVISIBLE/DISAPPEARING BODYGAURDS:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1:

Call for Dwayne's Backup, then after they arrive, head to a bed(save point) in one of your safe houses.

Step 2:

Save the game with the backup next to you and you should notice easily how they disappear and reappear during saving cutscenes.

Effect:

A simple visual glitch that actually doesnt involve draw distances.

Saving Cars in Mid-Air/In-Ground: (not in thread title)

11) SAVING VEHICLES IN MID-AIR:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1:

To save cars in mid-air, simply save them while their upside-down in-between your yellow parking space(s). To save bikes in the ground, have them lying on their side when you save.

12) COP ON COP VIOLENCE:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is how to make cops attack and jack another dead cops vehicle.

Step 1:

Enter this cheat "267-555-0100" (lower wanted level) so that you can easily access it again by pressing up on the cell phone, scrolling to cheats, then hitting the selection button.

Step 2:

While standing next to a cop on foot, shoot next to him to raise your wanted level.

Step 3:

Wait for a cop car to show up, then shoot the driver. Next select the lower wanted level cheat from your phone.

Effect:

Most often the cop you left alive on foot will attack the dead cop and jack his vehicle.

13) INSIDE FLOATING VEHICLES:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a technical glitch, so I'll post a video to help you out.

Step 1:

Go to the area highlighted on the map in the opening of the video.

Step 2:

Scale up and down the rock shown in the video until you fall through. Move back some to fall off an invisible ledge allowing you to see.

Step 3:

Spawn a vehicle in the area shown and carefully follow the path shown as well. When you reach the second and last fall through area be sure not to press any buttons.

Effect:

In the end you and a vehicle are suspended in mid-air.

14) TIRE MELTING:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This may require some patience to get working.

Step 1:

Enter atleast two seperate vehicle cheats so you can have quick access to them through the cheats menu on the phone.

Step 2:

While holding forward alternate between the two cheats. This often works best on angled environments.

Effect:

Typically it effects only the front wheels, however it rarely works on the rear wheels. You will notice, if done correctly, the vehicle has a somewhat melted/streched tire which repairs itself when you enter the vehicle.

15) INVISIBLE COP:

This is a weird Draw Distance glitch I thought I'd post. Currently on the game I'm at 90% so glitches from me will come later when I have the time for it. If this has already been posted then my bad :/

Step 1:

Unlock access to the Statue of Happiness

Step 2:

Go inside the building and make your way up to the top of the stairs and there is usually an officer near the double doors exit.

Step 3:

Using your Right Analog, tweak the camera view when app. 5-10 feet away from him to make him go invisible, and re-appear

Effect:

Magic disintegrating bacon..? Well basically, you make a cop disappear and re-appear at will.. interesting.

16) STATUE OF HAPPINESS EGG(Alternate):

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not sure if anyones found this yet, it's not the heart in chains egg. Basically, take a helicopter -easily accessed by killing the person piloting one around helitours, or the annihilator at the end of the airport-- and head to the statue of happiness.

Land near the entrance to the heart of happiness, and look near the ledge beneath the foot of the statue. There should be a message which talks about the hidden content in that area.

17) INFINITE LAG:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This allows you to completely lag anygame to the point of disconnection. Works for single, and multiplayer.

Step 1:

Get a Maverick(works best/can be found at helitours) and head to the smoke stacks in lower-left portion of the map in Alderney. (They're circular and displayed on the map)

Step 2:

Land the helicopter directly in the middle of the smoke stack nearest to the North.

Effect:

Complete and udder lagitivity. Capable of making random objects disappear as well as players :D

18) NO WEAPONS/BUILDING DELETING/INVISIBLE PLAYER/CAR:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This may sound like several complicating glitches, but its not. Its a draw glitch being abused for individual effects.

Step 1:

Get a helicopter and head to the roof shown in the vid. Basically, following the vid you should be able to get each desired effect listed by standing in the area(s) shown:

-Invisible Vehicles
-No Weapons
-No Weapon Ammo (rockets without rockets etc..)
-Invisible Player
-Grouped Building Deletion

19) NO-DAMAGE/INVISIBLE BOMB/TELEPORTING CAR

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is another glitch which seems to be small in effect, but noticable.

Step 1:

Get one of Packies bomb's and place it on a vehicle which can fit into a bowling alley.

Step 2:

Drive into the bowling alley with the vehicle, then place it in one of the open lanes. This may cause (and usually does) the bowling clerk to run. If this happens head out of the bowling alley, go down a block then return.

Step 3:

Buy a game, then start it. Now simply exit the game.

Effect:

The bomb is floating in mid-air where the car was. If you touch it, it falls to the ground. The car has also teleported directly outside the building, and has an invisible bomb on it.

Also, detonating the bomb causes two explosions; one in the bowling alley that does no damage, and the invisible one on the car outside.

20) UNDETONATABLE BOMB

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is similiar to invisible, and dud-bombs, but the outcome is noticably different. This also requires access to Stevie's Garage.

Step 1:

Get one of Packies bomb's and place it on a vehicle.

Step 2:

Head to Stevie's Garage, then while next to the yellow arrow, call Packie to detonate the bomb. Immediately hang up when it starts ringing, and stop into the yellow arrow to sell the vehicle.

Step 3:

Get another vehicle by jacking someone nearby so that you can re-open Stevie's Garage, and view the bomb on the ground. Call anyone twice afterwards.

Effect:

The bomb is lying on the ground where the car was. Calling anyone gives you the same busy signal a working detonate would. However, the bomb remains in place and does nothing. Calling anyone a second time makes the bomb disappear.

This is a basically one glitch which gives different outcomes depending on the choices you make.

21) BLUE HELL DROP/BOWLING VOID/BOWLING OUTSIDE

Step 1:

Get one of Packie's Bombs and place it on a vehicle. (Packie's Bomb may not be required, but often guarantee's a much higher success rate, and allows access to 2x Invisible Bomb)

Step 2:

Head to a bowling alley. Next, place the vehicle so that it rests on the would be yellow starting arrow of a bowling game. (I prefer lane 1 for this glitch. Also make sure that you leave room to enter the vehicle)

An easy bowling alley to use is on the beach furthest South, near the rollercoaster.

Step 3:

Head out of the bowling alley then atleast one block away. Now return and the bowling clerk should have respawned, allowing you access to bowling. (This step is only required if the bowling clerk runs which is very likely.)

Step 4:

Buy a game then while standing next to the vehicle, but far enough away so that you dont start the game, call Packie's Detonate. Immediately hang-up when you hear it ringing, and enter the vehicle which also starts the bowling game.

From here you can choose either of these options, A, B, or C to get either of the effects of these glitches:

Blue Hell Drop:

The Blue Hell Drop is a classic in the GTA series. Basically, you fall into nothingness to spawn somewhere else which is often not to far away.

Step 1: (Option A)

Immediately after entering the vehicle cancel the game following the onscreen prompts.

Bowling Void:

The Void is what I refer to as this often brightly colored world created of nothingness through a loading glitch. Side effects include invisible Niko, fires, vehicles and NPC's.

Step 1: (Option B)

After entering the vehicle, wait a few seconds until you hear Niko exiting it. He should now be heading towards the bowling alley. Exit the bowling game before he reaches the doors. This forces you into the Bowling Void.

Bowling Outside:

Bowling outside allows you to play a game of bowling without being able to view Niko, hear the background music, or see inside the bowling alley. Basically you're viewing outside the bowling alley while bowling.

Step 1: (Option C)

Simply dont press anything at this point and allow Niko time to get back inside to start the game. Now you're in a viewing glitch while bowling.

22) 2x INVISIBLE BOMB:

The effects are similiar to the regular invisible bomb. There's a bomb thats invisible on the car that teleported outside, but now there's also the no-damage one from the bowling alley invisible on it as well. The only way to notice this is to detonate it then listen and view carefully.

lol yeah I know. I've never been big into vids or editing etc. Alot of these tricks/glitches would be almost impossible to describe without em' though.

Yeah, just stuck with this $300 SLR and 42in standard in the meantime though. Hopefully you can still make out whats going on, if not, theres the text tutorials to back you up.

Just posted another notable bomb error, effects as usual different than others. Thanks again for staying positive and I hope someone can turn these, or other glitches into something more visually impressive.
