Its really simple don't know if posted before but o well.

Step 1- Get a car and for best results do online w/ someone.

Step 2- Run over a hydrant and park on top of spray.

Step 3- Get out and passenger stay in and simply run at the spray and if done right the car will disappear and will end up a few blocks away. If your passenger you will fly in the air.

9 of the 10 tries it doesn't work, do I need to run at it in a special way?

no it is hard to do just park it right so when you get out you won't be hit down by the spray and simply run at the front of the door is what i usually do. Yeah i haven't figured out yet how to get this down yet but it works.
