Hey guys i just got gta4 and i was wondering if there is any glitch or cheats to unlock all the islands without playing if you could help me out that would be graet thanks

Download a 100% gamesave.

The only thing you can do is get a chopper. You can use the cheat code to use and and you will be able to go to the other islands. What I did was, I beat the game without using any cheat codes and after I beat it, I started using them. I would suggest, just play the game, the story line is good and it all goes by fast.

If you're playing on a PS3 Console for exampleType: 'PS3 Game Saves' Into Google Yo shold fid a site which has a Gta IV 100% Save On It. Then installing he save you could either Try searching the forum or looking on Youtube for a tut.

You could just play the game and do it all yourself?

I mean, if you're going to just cheat you way through, you might as well have rented it instead of your parents spending the $60 bucks on a game their ungrateful child is going to cheat at, anyway :\

I suggest you play through the game before you decide to just cheat, man. Takes away from the whole experience.
