Just a thought, every time a new glitch is released there will have to be an update --> new download -_- why dont you make it a server/client app maybe this website could be server??? That way every time you open it up it iwll have all the new glitches on it instead of just the ones out atm.

Why not instead of storing all the information inside the program itself, have it connect to a MySQL database, then call all the information from tables. The tables can be like:

GlitchID | Name | Description | HowTo | VideoClip | ImagePreview | Credibility

Something like that.
