Thats funny lol theirs a way to get around it though where you can keep the stuff that a proxy gets rid off:) U use CMD and a PING command, you can find it on the internet if you really need it:)

This is a method of regaining control of restricted PC's.

Step 1:

Goto Start, Run, then type cmd and press enter.

Step 2:

Enter this is the cmd window:

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pol icies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

Step 3:

Hold CTRL + ALT + DEL and end every non-critical system process but explorer. You'll be notified if a process is critical when attempting to end it.

Step 4:

Goto Start, Run, then type msconfig and press enter. Disable all "start-up" processes. Apply, and restart.

Effect:

You now have complete access again.

yea thats another way of doin it:) Or you can just use a ping command to get an IP

yeah i done the ping command. it takes awhile and it still blockes some sites. but its still pretty nice. lol. thanks guys. ^^
