Hey i found out about this a long time ago on forge and have been looking around for a place to post it. You can get to it by forging a MGT and putting a friend of it. When you pick up the MGT with the friend on it, put him on the outer red bar that surrounds the left side of the enclosed base. Place a radio antena from the red bar to the block on the left. Tell your friend to go into forge and fly along the red bar until it stops. slowly crawl along the inner wall until you make your way on top of the base. Just dont jump or fly to high or you will explode/scream like a girl and die.:)
