This is a simple tip that allows you to eXo arm "every" time.

Have the person as montior hold the weapon next to the player on the ground. Have the player hold RB then whenever you want to eXo arm, simply have the monitor double-tap A.

Simple, easy, works "every" time. Works with vehicles to. Hope this helps everyone.
