Yep I have found it. On the level the ark when you fight the scarab tank don't kill it Instead head to the map room go to the door where you first enter it when you reach it turn right you will see a blue haze. Head through it until you reach the end. There you will see 3 blood patches. If your having trouble add me. GT i343 GuitySpark. Remember that you can do it on any difficulty and at missoin start or rally point alpha NOT bravo.

The halo 3 rex. Its a hard find in halo 2 you climb the control room to the top but that one is a word. In halo 3 the rex is 3 blood smears. 3 smears for R E and X.
