What you need to do is find an image that you want in your signature, either upload it or take it from the net, and copy it's URL. Then click the little square with mountains in it, (next to the globe) and paste in the URL that you have. It will then appear in your signature space. Good luck!
95% of cod4 uses martydom if your one of the 5% that doesnt uses martydom to get a kill put this in your sig
