anyway, i havent done them comparisons in ages, mostly cos it's just what i noticed in game, before the stats table came out.
Personally, I'd go Drag with Stopping Power and seeing how it works out, just aim high. If it fails, go M21 and I like to use it with Sleight of Hand, cos then I can be really mobile.
