you need to look for what you want first, do you want "Head Shots" (which is in a "Ranked Cage Match") or you want a "Group Domination Match" (a bit more tricky do to the fact that you have to trust all the people you let in and "kick" the others that try to get in) or some try a "Rank Up Clan" only that clan will be used to "Rank Up" they all meet here and talk about when they will be on next or exchange e mails and chat later.

When looking through someone's post, under all of their stats (username, usertitle, avatar, etc,..) you would see a little scale. Just click on this to rep the person. It's really not that hard to figure out but if you still confused please ask and I'll explain it more.
