If you're a rusher, I wouldn't suggest you use Steady Aim for your MP5 since the MP5 has the best Accuracy and Extreme Conditioning is a much better preforable perk to get to their territories and kill them before they even get settled. If you're not much of a rusher, but more of like a player who kinda rushes, but backs up a little, I would use steady aim if you're going to try to get them from medium range with an SMG. Bomb Squad is a great perk if you're wanting to rush in maps such as Pipeline, Downpour and maybe vacant. I would use deep impact for the m16 since the m16 has great accuaracy already and it would be even powerful to have that extra oomf to get the enemies across the map hiding behind walls and stuff. M16 is great for maps like Showdown, strike, and pipeline.
