exactly, its fukin gay, i used it when i first started the game, but then i realised how pointless it was, and how much better the other perks were, deep iompact, dead silence, waaay better

I don't use martyrdom dude. I hate that sooo much. And I rarely get killed by it. It is totally pointless and annoying. Why would anyone use that instead of Deep Impact or Double Tap?
