Hey,

I first made a konami id thing and logged in, it said make character and etc, so i thought i will do it later and i quit the game, now when i log in to do that it says free character as been used on another id? what other ID? i dont even have another id....and i tried to find a phone number for support help thing and never found anything. can anyone tell me what to do? i made a new account and it said the same thing, i am installing the game data again to see what happens. thanks
